The owners bring a homely feeling to the service.

I encountered some difficulties. The room I was given was quite loud, with sounds echoing from the neighboring rooms and outside. It was also disappointing to find that the bathroom was quite tight, a bit uncomfortable. The shower had issues where water leaked onto the floor.

The very very helpful staff made a good impression. The room was not only wonderful, but perfect too, and had central heating, cable channels and a writing table.

Really enjoyed the way our double room was. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, really close to the center.

I was in Kaiserslautern for a quick work trip, and my stay was quite pleasant overall. The highlight for me was how clean and comfortable the room was. It allowed me to unwind after long workdays. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Japanischer Garten, just a short walk away, and I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast options, especially the perfectly prepared scrambled eggs.

The employees were super-friendly and kept it all fairly clean. Location: the hotel was short walk to the pedestrian zone of Kaiserslautern, the centre of town, and shopping mall. The place was located in a quiet street.

I stayed here for 1 night and the experience was amazing! The ladies at the reception were super kind, and the breakfast had lots of options. It's also centrally located.

The ambiance of the hotel felt warm and homely. I loved my room. It was spacious and bright, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

I wished there had been coffee available with the kettle since only tea was offered.

A cozy little sanctuary! The room was a good mix of comfort and a personal touch. The bathroom was spacious and had a great shower-perfect for unwinding after a long day!

Oddly, the kettle didn't come with any coffee. Talk about being left high and dry-just tea!

Charming room, convenient location, with essential amenities like AC that helped keep us cool during our hot stay and a tv for entertainment.

Absolutely perfect

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the kids really enjoyed the freshly made scrambled eggs.

The WiFi connection was occasionally spotty, which frustrated us while trying to keep the kids entertained.
